The gambling license issued by the Malta Gaming Commission is valid in Canada and dozens of other countries. Under it you can operate in any country that allows companies to operate under the license of the jurisdiction of Malta. But there are a few excluded territories. Their list includes France, the Netherlands, Malta and the Dutch West Indies. A betting site cannot operate in these territories under a Malta license. And if this rule is violated, we can fine the company or revoke its license.

If you notice that the site is operating in a banned country under a Malta license, you can report it to the Gaming Commission. We will conduct an investigation. If as a result the violation is confirmed, the company will be penalized. But before filing a complaint, we ask you to make sure that the site is not operating in a prohibited territory under another license.

The Malta Gaming Commission is not involved in the management of companies that have been licensed. We do not own the brands and do not influence their operation. Therefore, the commission is not responsible for any actions taken by such companies. If a betting site has broken the law, we are not responsible for it.
